As an award-winning trainer and teacher, as well as innovative business developer and property expert, I am committed to educating those that wish to change their lives through the development of HMOs. I deliver friendly and inspirational talks on how to enter the industry, and give an insight into how to establish an HMO that is profitable, well managed and superbly maintained.

Supporting others by sharing knowledge can help to identify opportunities, and through public speaking I endeavour to motivate those that desire financial freedom whilst juggling other commitments.

Through networking meetings, conferences and public speaking events, I offer both delegates and contributors the opportunity to create a systemised business that runs itself; a business that will give them more money, time and a better quality of life. For both seasoned professionals such as landlords and property investors, as well as those with very little - or no - knowledge of the industry (from women with family commitments, to those in full time employment or retirement), I engage with audiences and offer invaluable information to help them succeed.
